DQ500

DQ500 gearbox represent a unique synthesis of comfort, sportiness and fuel efficiency. It makes dual-clutch technology available to customers with larger and high-output vehicles.

The DQ500 gearbox eliminates the hydraulic torque converter, so the shift efficiency is extremely high. At the same time, it does not have the low-speed frustration of the 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission, and it has better shift smoothness.

The double clutch system in DL382 gearbox is implemented with the help of reduced drag torque, separate clutch cooling system (for K1/K2) and cooling system- 2 oil circuits. DL382 has been applied in cars with longitudinal engines. There are several modifications of this transmission: DL382-7F (implemented for FWD), DL382-7Q (intended for AWD) and DL382 with “Quattro ultra technology”.

  • A low-leakage hydraulic system

Its compact design also allows it to be installed in A- and B-segment vehicles. The dual clutch gearbox is driven by a 1.4 l 110 kW TSI engine and the electric drive motor that delivers more power. The gearbox has been specially configured for this drive type and allows a high level of driving enjoyment with minimum fuel consumption.

Being a hybrid vehicle, the Golf GTE runs in the following operating modes:

APP310 is a product that adopts three-in-one electric drive technology and integrates the electronic control, the motor and the gearbox. It is adapted to the MEB platform. The maximum torque/performance is 310 Nm/150 kW. The electric drive system meets the 15-year life design requirements and verification of 300,000 kilometers. It is currently equipped with two Chinese models produced in Shanghai and Foshan of the ID family.
