The Group-wide survey for the Stimmungsbarometer is beginning, and you’ll see some changes to it this year to reflect the Group strategy TOGETHER 2025

The Stimmungsbarometer survey has proven successful over the past years and is taking place for the ninth time already in 2017. The Group is using the survey tool to gauge its internal attractiveness as an employer, enabling it to provide a key figure for “TOGETHER – Strategy 2025.

The results of this year’s new Stimmungsbarometer survey are particularly interesting, since they will give an indication of the initial successes of our strategic realignment. However, that does not conclude the Stimmungsbarometer. On the contrary: Managers will subsequently discuss the results in their teams with the aim of developing suggestions for improvement together. And once the resulting actions have been successfully implemented, they will also be transferred to other teams.

Another thing that has changed this year is the survey period: This is the first time that employees are being invited to participate in the survey during the second half of the year. They will thus be able to review the year in their answers. The actions derived from the results will start at the beginning of the new year, by this employees experience directly how valuable their input is. This is an aspect of employee motivation that should not be underestimated.
