The company organizes various activities for everyone – from sports and fitness to national customs. Everyone can feel the warmth of the company.
My relationship with my colleagues is more like friends, regardless of age and nationality. Discussions may be very intense. But after the goal is successfully achieved, we all share the win. Cross-departmental team-building and family day activities have further strengthened relationships between colleagues and increased work efficiencies.

Digitalization Engineer
At VWATJ, bosses and leaders give me a lot of support, making it possible for me to grow from knowing little about IT into a digitalization engineer who can independently create and implement new system.
As the first digital engineer in the production department, I witnessed the whole process of digital technology being applied to the production field. What used to be large quantities of paper documents for record keeping have been migrated to the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system. Machines now collect data automatically. We have self-designed meeting dashboards and an onsite management digital system. This gives me a huge sense of accomplishment. The webpages we designed help us to improve the efficiency of meetings; we can display everything on a big screen of Hall 4 and use it across many different departments.
My professional abilities improved in step with the development of VWATJ. The concept of a Smart factory is a company strategic imperative. But it reflects the way the industry is heading.

Technical Development Engineer
I joined VWATJ in 2016. At the time, the Technical Development (TD) department was not formally established. I worked as a R&D engineer in a small team of four members. But after 5 years, TD has grown into an important department of about 40 people, with a design team and testing team specializing in DSG transmissions, NEV engines and power battery; providing technical support and services to various departments of the company, suppliers, and OEM customers. I have witnessed the growth of the TD department bit by bit.
