Fueling High-quality Industry Development Through Synergy in Talent Cultivation: Tianjin Enterprise Training Center Visit and Exchange Held at Component Education Academy

To promote the cultivation of top talent in line with the development needs of the Volkswagen Group in China and the broader Chinese automotive industry, Volkswagen Automatic Transmission Tianjin (VWATJ) successfully held the 2024 “Tianjin Skill Week” Enterprise Training Center visit and exchange activity at Component Education Academy (CEA). Nearly 100 participants including representatives from the Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other enterprises attended the event. The initiative is an example of the efforts of VWATJ and the CEA in promoting synergy between automotive enterprises and the industry, to fuel mutual growth and transformation through high-quality talent development. 

During the event, the manager of CEA shared cases of enterprise talent cultivation and Dual Vocational Education projects. During the onsite visit, the guests personally experienced advanced training equipment and concepts, and were deeply impressed.

The CEA provides basic technical training and high-tech qualification training (e.g. NEV training) programs, and the “Dual Vocational Education” for apprentices and employees of the Volkswagen Group. These programs will also be offered to more external partners in the future to facilitate talent cultivation.
