Your Responsibility: 

Identification of Avon (keeping concern implementation in document and monitoring of technical changes) detailed technical amendments to the DQ400E. Analysis together with departments and technical development (Wolfsburg), the impact on VWATJ. 

Processing of the information for presentation in the weekly meeting “technical changes”. 

Summary and reviews from the specialized register of Avon (system for tracking the changes online). 

Coordination of the application of the changes, controlling and keeping the testing and approvals process for application in documents, observation the technological change of the first gearbox number and participate in distribution of the assemble announcement. 

Creation of the parts list for serial and pre-production as well as the parts list of the sold assembly parts, maintenance of the parts list and MRP views in SAP. 

Answer the question about technical changes and change history of TL, TP, TQ, CP, CF and customers; Support for customs clearance for imported parts.


Our Requirement: 

2 years of working experience in logistics 

Fluent in German/English and Chinese 

Major in mechanical engineering 

Good MS Office skills (Word , Excel, PowerPoint), SAP skills 

Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 

Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong.
