Independently prepare, perform and document material sample and testing with CT
Independently analyze material related to assembly, manufacturing and field problems with CT
Independently ensure the information interpret to related range and supervisors
Independently make permanent professional training
Provide material consulting for supplier and production and take part in process optimization of suppliers, especially for casting and injection molding supplier
Present analysis results independently to suppliers and customers, prepare documents for presentations independently, and look after optimization of suppliers.
Set down corrective and adjusted measures
Independently optimize and develop test procedures
Actively represent the interests in located working groups and expert networks on CT technology
Completed technical background in material engineering/mechanical engineering or electric engineering
Basic knowledge on Q-methods (FMEA, SPC, MFU, QPN, 2TP), VW-standards.
Minimum 5 years’ in material lab area or nondestructive inspection
Fluent English or German
PEP-basic knowledge, sampling processes
Well-grounded on automobile component/manufacturing process knowledge
Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong.
