Brushing Boundaries, Painting Unity: Diversity Theme Shuttle Bus Painting in Tianjin Plant

On August 8th, six shuttle buses with eye-catching diversity theme paintings drove away from ATJ and headed in all directions, bringing diversity culture to every corner of Tianjin. These paintings come from a companywide brainstorming and design campaign.

To applaud for the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, ATJ initiated a fascinating painting activity on May 21st and called upon its employees to celebrate and encourage cultural hybridity with this artistic and universal language.

“It is not just strokes; it is a way to share thoughts, evoke emotions and build relationships. This helps to bring people together,” said Anja Christmann, ATJ Head of HR & Administration.

Since the foundation in 2012, ATJ has by no means stopped its pace to spread diversity and inclusion. The endeavors on young generation cultivation, female talent growth, disability employment has made this component power a well-deserved China Top Employer.
